How to join ADworld Experience

You can register for one day or both days of the event joining live in Bologna (Italy) or via online live streaming + get video recordings of all the sessions of the day(s) you are registering for.
The registration price for live participation will gradually increase as the number of available places left decreases.

To speed up joining live in Bologna it is warmly suggested to bring with you the ticket with the barcode (printed or in your smartphone).
To join remotely, just login in your account at https://www.adworldexperience.it/account/ at date/time scheduled for the event.

Live participants will have to come to Zanhotel Europa, via Cesare Boldrini 11 – Bologna (Italy), very near to the city main train station (see details here).

To join the live streaming log in at: https://www.adworldexperience.it/en/account/
User name & password were sent to you in a separate email after the registration (if you do not find them, please check your spam folder and then contact us as soon as possible).
Switching from Live to Remote or the contrary
It is possible to change the registration from live to streaming and vice versa up to the day before the event.
For changes from live to streaming requested up to 15 days before the event, the participant may ask for a refund of the extra amount paid for the live participation deducted of a €15 administrative fee.
The change from streaming to live is subject to availability and implies extra charges.
